In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously erroneous price — whether due to a human error, technical fault, or data feed failure — 5g88 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Members will be notified of any such voiding. 5g88 will not be liable for any losses arising from bets placed on erroneous prices that are subsequently voided.
All bets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant sporting body or competition organiser. In the case of a dispute regarding the result of an event, 5g88's decision — made in good faith and based on available evidence — shall be final. Settlement timelines vary by sport and event type but are typically completed within 24 hours of the event's conclusion.
In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. Odds and available markets during live events are subject to rapid change. 5g88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including where there is a delay in receiving reliable data from the event. Bets confirmed before market suspension will stand subject to these Terms.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per sport or event category. In any event, 5g88's total cumulative liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform incorporates third-party game content, payment gateways, and data feeds. 5g88 does not accept liability for the actions, omissions, errors, or technical failures of any third-party service provider integrated into or linked from the Platform.
